How do I move my task bar back to the bottom of the screen?

Im on a laptop and my task bar has moved itself up to the top of the screen, I want it back on the bottom because its annoying if its not. Ive tried to click and drag, something that works on any other computer ive used. Ive tried restarting it and such but it hasnt worked yet.
How on earth do i get it back to the bottom?

Right click on the taskbar, make sure to uncheck “Lock the taskbar”. From there, pull it to where you’d like it to be, then right click and lock it in to it’s new home:)
