How much water should a runner drink a day?
The easy answer is this. When you go to the bathroom, look at the color of your urine. If it’s white or light yellow, you’re drinking enough. If it’s a dark yellow or orange, you need to drink more.
If you take vitamins, expect a deep yellow. That doesn’t mean you need to hydrate yourself.
