How do you make a black and white picture with one select color on a camera?

My friend can do it on her cannon powershot, but i’m not sure how. If you could please help out i would appreciate it

The technique you’re looking for is called “Colorization,” and I’m not exactly sure if all cameras can do that. However, it is possible to do it in Adobe Photoshop
